Interview
Someone from the ALC team will reach out to set up an interview with you.
Placement
Following your interview, the ALC team will try to match you with opportunities based on your skillset, credentials, and needs. We will work hard to find a placement that ensures the best fit.
First Day
Once you are placed at a company, you will begin working full-time. That doesn’t mean your first day will be the last time communicating with ALC. There will be a trial period to ensure you and your employer are satisfied. Throughout the trial period, the ALC team will be in close contact with you.
