After you make a hiring decision, there will be a trial period to ensure you are satisfied with your new employees. Furthermore, ALC be in touch with your new hire to ensure they are meeting your expectations and it is a good match.

American Labor Company is committed to providing the best match possible. For this reason, we encourage our partnered companies to hire at-will. This means that if you are not satisfied with your employee, you can walk away anytime.
American Labor Company firmly believes that companies should not pay a dime unless they are satisfied with our service. If you onboard an ALC recommended employee and either parties decide to walk away within the first 30 days, you will not be charged a placement fee.
